Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center provides comprehensive prevention, intervention and treatment service to children and youth with special health care needs and their families.

Help us give a child the supplies they need to return to school prepared and ready to learn.

Donations of the following school supplies are being accepted through August 14th at the center located at:
1401 south Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00
